0 Women in Property program launched

The highly anticipated launch event for the 0 Women in Property program was held on Wednesday 28th March, at The George – 111 Eagle Street.

Attendees heard from the Hon Di Farmer MP, Minister for Child Safety, Youth and Women and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence, who provided an address which outlined some of the paramount issues that are affecting women today, including diversity, domestic violence and child safety.

Following the formalities, networking got underway, providing our 2018 participants with the opportunity to connect with likeminded individuals and industry leaders.

Recently renamed due to the incredibly high number of applicants in previous years, the 0 Women in Property initiative has been created to champion women in their professional sphere.

The Property Council is delighted to welcome 105 Queensland participants to the 2018 program. We would like to thank Minister Farmer for speaking at the event and the GPT Group for hosting.
