4 Step Context Analysis and Design Response Guide: public exhibition

The Mornington Peninsula Shire Council’s draft 4 Step Context Analysis and Design Response Guide is now available for comment.

The Guide seeks to assist prospective planning permit applicants in producing a more informed application that includes context analysis and a design response process. It will also be used to assist Council officers in the assessment of planning permit applications.

Council is inviting comment on the draft Guide from industry stakeholders, by 10 August 2015.
