310 Ann Street Site Tour

On Wednesday 21st March 2018, the Property Council facilitated an exclusive tour of Brisbane’s latest commercial asset, 310 Ann Street – a project that redefines market perceptions of office building refurbishment. 

A stunning development, it boasts unparalleled 360-degree city views, throughout fifteen floors above street level. 

The office space has been redesigned with highly efficient, expanded floor plates which are approximately 1,147m2,, and features a flexible, open office design, maximising natural light to all floors. 

Unlike traditional office refurbishments, 310 Ann St has seen the complete rebuild of features such as bathrooms and lifts, meaning that the building now means all modern building codes.

Prior to touring the redevelopment, guests heard about the overall redevelopment strategy and design principles from Andrew Harper, Managing Director- Cornerstone Properties, and Di Lund, Director and Principal Architect- Colin Trapp and Associates.
