Nominations for the 2023 National Retirement Living Awards are now open. There are a number of new award categories, as well as some changes to the nomination criteria to make nominations simpler and ensure the awards assist in promoting excellence and supporting marketing efforts.
There are 10 awards categories for 2023, including four new categories:
People Categories
1. Programmed Award for Village Manager of the Year
2. Award for Salesperson of the Year
3. Award for Future Retirement Living Leader
Project Categories
4. Award for Marketing Excellence
5. Award for Best Refurbishment or Redevelopment
6. Award for Best Retirement Village Development
7. Award for Best Luxury Retirement Living Development NEW
8. Award for Best Land Lease Community Development NEW
9. Award for Sustainability in Retirement Living NEW
Special Category
10. People’s Choice Award for Best Retirement Village NEW – Voting for the People’s Choice Award will open in April 2023 and will be a great opportunity for industry colleagues, residents, and their families to all get involved and show their support for their village – hoping to see some great competition!
