The annual PwC/Property Council Retirement Census data collection will commence next month, and all retirement village operators are encouraged to participate.

Your data remains confidential. The reports do not identify individual operators or villages, and we don’t advertise who participates.

20 July 2020: data collection commences
31 August 2020: data collection closes
Late November 2020: high level snapshot report released
January 2021: comprehensive reports sent to contributing village operators
How to participate
All Australian retirement village operators are encouraged to participate in the Retirement Census.
Property Council members who operate retirement villages, and village operators who participated in last year’s Retirement Census, will be contacted in due course to participate.
