2020 events wrap-up
Delivering online events through 2020 proved to be an effective way to reach a wide audience. Watching industry peers deliver speeches and information via an online medium was the best that could be provided; however, it has allowed for many industries to innovate. 8 May 2020 COVID-19: Lessons from the US
Speaking directly to RLC members via Zoom, Lynne Katzmann, Founder and CEO of Juniper Communities and Wendy Simpson, CEO and President of LTC Properties, Inc. shared their COVID-19 related experiences and lessons with Australian retirement living operators.
Giving Australian operators an insight into mitigation, prevention and containment techniques that had been implemented in a residential group setting with COVID-19 present. This proved to be an invaluable resource for RLC members in their own preparations and planning.

19 November 2020 National Retirement Living Awards
The show went online this year, despite the challenges surrounding COVID-19, and people from around the country enjoyed the awards show from their offices, boardrooms and retirement villages.
