2016 Women in Property Mentoring Program

The Women in Property mentoring program will be delivered in NSW.  After being launched in 2014, the program has grown year on year, with 35 pairs participating in 2015.  The Program is a cross-industry mentoring program which brings together participants at two levels:

• Women who are aspiring to a senior leadership position in the industry;
• Senior leaders, decision makers, men and women who can help build a culture of greater diversity within the property industry.

The unique 6 month mentoring experience includes: highly experiential, interactive workshops for mentees; facilitated group discussions with mentors; a rigorous matching process with mentees and mentors expected to meet 6 to 8 times on a one-to-one basis.
