2015 Annual Downtown Christmas Party

Friday 4 December saw a record crowd of over 1,220 fill the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre’s Great Hall for the Property Council’s 2015 Annual Downtown Christmas Party.

The industry’s biggest party was a welcome opportunity for members to kick off the festive season and celebrate the year that was.

2015 represents the tenth consecutive year of sponsorship of the event from Rider Levett Bucknall. The ongoing support of RLB has been invaluable in ensuring that the annual celebration has become an indispensable industry institution. The event continues to grow year on year and the Property Council team are already working to outdo themselves in 2016.

After brief formalities, Special Guest Peter Helliar brought down the house with his comedy routine highlighting the many trials of family life.

Throughout the lunch the Property Industry Foundation sold $25,4 worth of raffle tickets for the benefit of Act for Kids, a not-for-profit organisation working tirelessly to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect.

As the lunch drew to a close, guests migrated to the Fox Hotel for the official After Party, sponsored by Deloitte Real Estate. The festive spirit continued for many well into the night.

The Property Council wishes all our members and supporters a very Merry Christmas and all the best for a successful and prosperous 2016.
