1 William Street Site Tour 

Brisbane residents couldn’t avoid noticing 1 William Street emerge over recent months to become the city’s tallest commercial building.

1 William Street stands 44 floors above ground and is set to become the Government’s new Executive Building when construction is completed towards the end of the year.

The Property Council provided members with the exclusive opportunity to look inside Brisbane’s newest iconic landmark last Thursday with a sold-out site tour event. 

Attendees donned hard hats and high-vis for a tour throughout the completed floors as well as some areas still under construction. 

The unique vantage point of 1 William Street’s site has delivered a spectacular new view of Brisbane. Although photos inside the site were prohibited, photos from before and after the tour can be viewed here.

The Property Council greatly appreciates the generosity of Brookfield Multiplex in allowing our members the opportunity to tour the site while works are still underway.
