Dexus announced the appointment of Ross Du Vernet as the next Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the company.

He will take up the CEO appointment in March 2024. Darren Steinberg will continue as Dexus CEO until that time.

He has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team since he joined Dexus in 2012 and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the property industry with a background in corporate transactions, strategy, development and funds management in Australia and abroad.

Rork Projects has announced the appointment of two key executives to its Senior Leadership Team.

In a move reflecting Rork Projects’ dedication to reinforcing its presence and impact in the Victorian market, Campbell Burgess joins the company as the General Manager for Victoria.

Rork Projects also announced Stephen Shead as the newly appointed National Development Director. In this role, he will drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives to meet the evolving needs of Rork Projects on a national scale.

Knight Frank has made changes to its AMS team in South Australia.

Michelle Vickery will lead the team, having been named as Partner, Head of Asset Management Services SA.

Supporting Ms Vickery will be Jeremy Roland in the role of Director, Head of Facilities Management SA, South Australia, while Peter Otten will be taking on the role of Director, Facilities Management and Compliance SA.

All three have been promoted to their new positions from their current roles as Director of AMS in South Australia and have been with Knight Frank from four to nine years.

Meanwhile, Simon Bruno will move into a new role as Senior Facilities and Projects Delivery Manager, responsible for the delivery of projects within Knight Frank’s management portfolio in South Australia –an expanding service area for the business.

After serving five years as Chief Executive Officer of Western Australia’s Land Information Authority, Landgate, Graeme Gammie has announced his decision to step down from the role in early 2024.

In the interim, Bruce Roberts will be appointed as Acting Chief Executive.

Lifestyle Communities announced the retirement of The Hon Nicola Roxon, who has decided to retire as a non-executive director with effect from 31 December 2023.
