Centennial has hired former Charter Hall Asset Manager Jane Travers to the role of Asset & Leasing Manager, Queensland.

She has more than ten years’ experience working across both the industrial and logistics and office market sectors and in her most recent role, oversaw $1.5 billion of funds under management for Charter Hall’s Queensland I&L portfolio.

Alex Worland has started as the New Business Manager NSW Contracting at Buildcorp after 14 years at Woods Bagot.

Gensler announced that Lisa Munao has joined the company in Australia as Managing Director.

Before joining Gensler, Ms Munao held the position of Head of Workplace Design and Innovation at Davenport Campbell and most recently founded her own design firm, leading the design team and overseeing all aspects of business operations.

JLL has appointed Stephen Adgemis as Senior Director, Industrial & Logistics – VIC.

In his new role, Mr Adgemis will play a part in the firm’s newly structured Victorian Industrial & Logistics team.

Mr Adgemis rejoins JLL where he started his career 20 years ago. During his 15-year tenure at CBRE, he served as Senior Director. Notable transactions include Amazon’s first Australian warehouse, Nissan’s Australian Head Office and GM Holden’s Lang Lang proving Grounds.

GHD has appointed Simon Page as Regional General Manager – Northern New South Wales.

In his new role, he will lead more than 250 people in Newcastle and Northern NSW, including the Central Coast, Coffs Harbour, Hunter Valley, Port Macquarie, Tamworth and Orange.

After six years as CEO Commercial Property, Louise Mason will be stepping down from her full-time executive role to pursue the next phase of her career.

Andrew Whitson, CEO – Communities, will take on the role of Chief Executive, Development, with end-to-end responsibility for development and delivery across all asset classes.

Kylie O’Connor has joined Stockland in the new role of CEO, Investment Management with responsibility for Stockland owned investments and the growing capital partnership platform.

Ms O’Connor has over 25 years’ experience in property funds management, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) and Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and most recently held the role of Global Head of Real Estate at AMP Capital.

Centuria Capital Group announced the appointment of Joanne Dawson to the Centuria Board.

Ms Dawson joins the Centuria Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director as well as a member and Chair of the Group’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee (ARCC).
