Real estate non-bank lender and investment manager, Centuria Bass Credit, has appointed 25-year experienced financier, Lachlan Tracey, as Managing Director – Head of Capital Markets & Co-Head of Execution.

Mr Tracey joins Centuria Bass’ executive team in its Sydney office and will support Centuria Bass’ distribution and funding activities across the business. He will also co-head the loan execution and management team, overseeing the execution and portfolio management of transactions.

JLL’s Australian Capital Markets business has appointed Jack Bergin as the Head of Living in Australia.

He has recently relocated from London where he had been a Director in the JLL UK Living Capital Markets team since 2019.

As Head of Living, he will be responsible for expanding JLL’s service offering across the Living Sectors including build-to-rent (BTR), purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), co-living and seniors living housing.

CBRE has appointed Mark Granter to a newly created Pacific role as Head of Alternatives Capital Markets, adding weight to the team’s capabilities as the alternatives sector continues to develop. 

He has worked at CBRE for 33 years, most of this time in the Capital Markets business where he has brokered some of Australia’s largest property transactions.

In his new role, he will specialise in transacting larger digital infrastructure and data centres, healthcare, energy and renewables and social infrastructure assets, while continuing his work with CBRE’s Client Care team. 

BG&E announced the addition of Dayne Davis to its team as an Associate. He has over 15 years of experience in timber and construction, including a tenure as the former Managing Director of Timber Design Studio.

He has worked on the Shard in London, St. Luke’s new office tower in Launceston which is the first carbon positive development in Tasmania. Additionally, he and his team assisted with the detailed design development of Atlassian’s timber headquarters in Sydney and was the lead construction manager for the unique CLT façade of the Australian Pavilion at Dubai World Expo 2020.

MRI Software in Asia Pacific announced the appointment of three female executives to its Asia Pacific (APAC) corporate HR and commercial real estate professional services leadership teams, all based in Sydney:

  • Nadya Corne has been appointed as the Vice President of Talent Management for Asia Pacific. She has previously held roles with Morgan Stanley, BT/Westpac and IBM.
  • Nikki Steadman has been announced as the Senior Director of APAC Professional Services and Support for MRI @Work. She was previously CEO and co-founder of Loci Solutions which MRI Software acquired earlier this year.
  • Gwen Dagg has been appointed as Director of APAC Professional Services and Support for MRI @Work and was also previously at Loci Solutions as the CIO and co-founder.

Accumentis announced the appointment of Jo Mikleus as a Non-Executive Director.

PEXA Group announced that Dr Kirstin Ferguson, a Non-Executive Director of PEXA Group, will retire from the PEXA Group Board with effect from 1 March 2024.
