Ingenia Communities Group announced that Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Simon Owen will step down in 2024 after more than 14 years in the role. Mr Owen will continue as CEO until a successor is appointed.
Centennial has brought two new hires into its wealth distribution and asset management divisions, in response to its expanding investor-base and growth across the country’s mid-space commercial real estate sector.
Twenty-year property investment and development veteran, Nick Lidonnici joins Centennial as Head of Portfolio Management where he will oversee the asset management team and fund management operations of the non-institutional industrial and logistics assets.
He joins Centennial following an extensive career at Charter Hall where he oversaw the strategic management and expansion of its industrial and logistics portfolio across four states, with a combined value in excess of $10 billion.
Joining Centennial’s Sydney team is Dylan Tomkins who has been appointed Director of Wealth Management following a nine-year career at Centuria.
JLL has announced a revamp of its NSW Retail Leasing division with a strategic new appointment. The company has split its project and government work from its growing managed portfolio.
JLL NSW Retail has welcomed Vanessa DiMauro as the new Associate Director. She will lead the leasing efforts for the managed portfolio assets across all of NSW.
Meanwhile, Mike Antarakis will continue to spearhead the project leasing, CBD brokerage and the mandates for Transport for NSW.
Centuria Capital Group (CNI) announced the retirement of Independent Non-Executive Director, Peter Done, from the CNI Board, CNI’s Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee (ARCC) and CNI’s Nomination & Renumeration Committee.
Mr Done will continue as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Centuria Property Funds Limited (CPFL) and Centuria Property Funds No.2 Limited (CPF2L), the responsible entities for the listed funds, Centuria Office REIT and Centuria Industrial REIT, respectively. He will also continue as a member of CPFL’s ARCC and as Chair of CPF2L’s ARCC.
Kristie Brown will step in as the interim Chair of the CNI ARCC and Garry Charny as a member of the ARCC whilst a search for Peter Done’s replacement is being concluded.
Mirvac Group announced that as part of its Board succession program, James Cain will be appointed as a non-executive director, effective 1 December 2023. Mirvac also announced the retirement of James Millar AM from the Board, effective 31 December 2023.
Following James Millar’s retirement, Peter Nash, who has been on the Board since 2018, will be appointed as Chair of ARCC, effective 1 January 2024.
