Kat Hale has been appointed to lead CBRE’s Australian Residential Valuation & Advisory Services team.
Ms Hale joined CBRE in 2010 as a valuer in the Sydney Residential Valuations business bringing both valuation and real estate sales experience.
She was one of the founding members of CBRE’s Valuer Care & Development team and has played a key role in supporting valuers and leadership across the business through training and induction, leading system development and innovation, driving quality and risk management initiatives, and supporting client performance outcomes.
Matthew Hole has taken on the role of Director of Operations for CBRE’s Australian Valuation & Advisory Services business.
Mr Hole joined CBRE in 2016 as Director, Valuation Performance. Since this time, he’s utilised data driven insights to drive performance improvements, delivering CBRE market share gains and significant revenue upside in the Residential Valuations business as well as being at the forefront of client strategy and assisting with M&A assessment and delivery.
Lyn O’Brien has been promoted from ADCO Constructions’ WA State Pre-construction Manager to WA State Manager, the first female to be appointed as a state manager at ADCO.
Ms O’Brien joined the company in early 2021 and has been played a key role in guiding teams and achieving project wins for the business.
She has also assisted with providing career and leadership opportunities for women in the construction industry and is a National Director of NAWIC, while also being awarded the 2022 LHQ Outstanding Leadership Award for Women in Construction.
James Prattent has been appointed ADCO Constructions’ Queensland State Manager after previously holding the role of WA State Manager.
Mr Prattent joined the business in 2018 and has established the branch into one of the leading builders in WA.
His commitment to providing the ADCO culture into the client experience has been a highlight to the business and he has grown the company’s reputation in the rail sector which was a new addition to the ADCO business.
Orlando Maciel has been appointed as Knight Frank’s Partner, Head of Industrial Logistics, NSW.
Maciel has extensive experience in property, having worked in the industry for 25 years, most recently as Head of Industrial NSW at Cushman & Wakefield.
Matt Chambers has joined Knight Frank as Associate Director, Industrial Logistics, NSW.
Mr Chambers has been in the industry for 10 years, most recently as Manager Industrial and Logistics at Cushman & Wakefield.
