Burgess Rawson has appointed Sam Fogarty as National Director – Head of Leasing as the leading agency ramps up their expansion in the leasing market.

Mr Fogarty rejoins Burgess Rawson after three years with one of Melbourne’s largest private developers, Pace Development Group.

AVID Property Group (AVID) announced the appointment of Jason Brettell to the role of General Manager Victoria.

Mr Brettell joins AVID’s team after more than 20 years in the property development industry.

In his new role, Mr Brettell will head the development and delivery of AVID’s Victorian residential communities, including the $210 million masterplanned Carolina community in Deanside.

CBRE has reshaped its Victorian Industrial & Logistics leadership team with the promotion of Tom Murphy to head its Advisory & Transaction Services – Investor team.

Mr Murphy joined the Advisory & Transaction Services – Investor team close to nine years ago and brings demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong market reputation to his new role.

In tandem, David Aiello has assumed the leadership of the Investor team’s South East group, with the two appointments set to further propel CBRE’s platform and client service offering.

ESR Australia has appointed Florian Richard as Senior Manager, Clean Energy Infrastructure. He will serve as a subject matter expert in clean energy for ESR generally and will be their main point of contact for Solar Bay (the partner on the Solar project).

Mr Richard brings over ten years of experience as a domestic and international leader in the renewable energy sector, having worked on projects across multiple fields, including solar PV, batteries, EV charging and energy efficiency.

Will Chapman has been appointed as Director and inaugural Adelaide Office Leader at ADP Consulting.

Mr Chapman will also join ADP’s national executive leadership group as Director and bring over 25 years of experience and strategic business development expertise to the team.

Charter Keck Cramer has welcomed Emma Weckesser as its new Chief Financial Officer.

Originally from South Africa, Emma brings over 30 years of financial expertise, including her own successful finance consulting business. Since her move to Australia in 2016, Emma has served in senior finance roles with Healthscope, Myer, and IPH Limited.

Charter Keck Cramer also introduce Scott Braid as its new Director of Prestige Residential Valuations, based in its Sydney office.
