AJC has announced that Dua Green and Duncan Corrigall have joined the AJC ownership team, alongside the continuing directors Michael Heenan, Brian Mariotti and John Whittingham.
Ms Green is a Studio Director at AJC and her team have completed several major projects and are currently shortlisted for local and international architecture or learning environment awards, including: Abbotsleigh Senior School Centre for Science & Art, Abbotsleigh Junior School Library & Innovation Centre and the Greenhalgh Centre for Music & Drama, Meriden School.
Mr Corrigall is ai Director at AJC and has played a role in providing master planning, project advocacy and rezoning services across New South Wales.
Savills Australia and New Zealand has announced the appointment of Chris Paul as Managing Director of its Western Australia business who, in addition to his new position, is extending his long-term role as National Director – Retail Valuation & Advisory with the global real estate brand.
In his capacity as Managing Director, he will be responsible for leading and growing the WA business as the team there continues providing property solutions for its client partners.
Mr Paul has been with the Savills Australia and New Zealand business for 15 years, providing valuation and consultancy advice to the agency’s retail giant clients such as Vicinity, Scentre Group, Dexus, Stockland, Lend Lease, GPT and Charter Hall.
James Westh has started a new position as General Manager – Halcyon Victoria at Stockland. This follows a 12-year innings as a Project Director.
Peet announced pending changes to the composition of its Board, following Board renewal and succession considerations.

Elanor Chair, Paul Bedbrook has advised the Board of Directors of his intention to retire from his position as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of Elanor at the end of December 2023. Mr Macki has been nominated by the Board as Chair-designate.
