ADP Consulting appointed Nikki Beckman as Director and Health & Life Sciences Lead, expanding the breadth and depth of its offer.

Throughout her career working at leading architecture practices, engineering and consultancy firms, she has worked on major projects across the health, education, life science, and research sectors.

CI Australia announced three promotions across its business.

Shirley Fan has been promoted to Director, Asian Business. Aaron Gaida has been promoted to Portfolio Director, TfNSW. He commenced his CI journey in 2014 and has been leading and managing the Transport for NSW Portfolio for over seven years. David Matkovic has been promoted to Director, Commercial Property Management.

Colliers Victoria has appointed Rishikesh Elkunchwar as Associate Director of Valuation and Advisory Services within the National Healthcare and Retirement Living team.

With over 15 years as a real estate professional, he joins Colliers with experience in valuation, development and asset management of real property gained across diverse asset classes working in various locations, including Australia, India, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa.

Knight Frank’s Canberra office will expand following four recent appointments, including a new Managing Director.

Nathan Dunn will head up the office, moving to Knight Frank from Belle Property Commercial in Canberra, where he established a franchise and has been Director for nearly five years.

Mr Dunn has more than 12 years’ experience in commercial property in both sales and leasing in the ACT, having also worked for Barton Commercial Property, JLL and RetPro.

The three other team members joining Knight Frank’s Canberra office will also move across from Belle Property Commercial.

These include:

• Melanie Rusk-Dunn, who will be in the role of Manager, Client Engagement and Campaign Coordinator
• Paul Douglas-MacDonald, who will be in the role of Senior Sales and Leasing Executive Lucas Brinkmeyer, who will be in the role of Sales and Leasing Executive.

Arup Principal Jonathan Griffin is stepping into the role of Advisory Leader, Australasia.

After more than 20 years with Arup, he will lead a team of around 150 professionals across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. His background includes advisory, engineering and major project delivery, with leading roles in the promotion, development and delivery of major transport and social infrastructure projects and programs in Australia, the UK and Papua New Guinea.

ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects has announced the promotion of ESD specialist Sindy Bowlen (Education) to Associate.

Among other recent appointments, Andrew Amos  has been promoted to Senior Urban Designer and six architects have taken on Senior Architect roles: Victoria Dragas (Mixed-Use), Tanya Banagala (Health), and in Education Han Chua, Michael Litton, Karin Allen and Phil Ng.
