Fabrizio Perilli, NSW Property Council President and former TOGA CEO, has joined forces with Marco Fahd to launch the new Versatile Group – a vertically integrated company, drawing on decades of diverse built environment experience.

Versatile Group comprises Versatile Made Construction, Procure Build, Absolute Tiling and Stone, Versatile International, Roel Capital, and the group’s newest venture PERIFA, an end-to-end property development solution.

CBRE has appointed Mark Curtain to lead its Pacific Advisory & Transaction Services business.
