JLL has announced its new logistics and industrial sales and leasing team in WA. Matt Brunsdon has been appointed Head of Logistics and Industrial (WA), to lead the team.
He joins JLL from Charter Hall, where he spent eight years running Industrial Asset Management and Property Management for the WA and SA markets.
Returning to JLL to re-join the team is Director, Brett Mathanda, who has spent the past year working for the West Australian Government.
Associate Director, Chris Monterosso joins the team from CBRE, where he spent five-years with a historical focus on the northern corridor.
Executive, Luke Schreier and Analyst, Paige Palmer, who have been promoted from within JLL, add to the team’s expertise, which includes sales and leasing brokerage, to advising businesses operating in the logistics and industrial sectors in Perth.
National property valuation firm, M3 Property, has announced the promotion of Brian Goh to Director. Mr Goh will have a focus on Masterplan Communities and build-to-rent sectors across Australia.
He has spent eight years at M3 Property including the last 12 months as Associate Director in the Melbourne Residential Development team.
Cushman & Wakefield’s newly established Capital Markets team in Western Australia continues to grow its team with the internal promotion of Zaahen Kahn to Senior Research Analyst, who will be specialising in the Capital Markets sector.
Zaahen’s appointment is off the back of the team winning a number of major appointments from some of Australia’s largest institutional investors, as well as Nick Charlton’s recent appointment as Joint Head of Capital Markets WA, alongside Ben Younger.
