Cushman & Wakefield announced the appointment of Guillaume Babille as Director in its rapidly growing Advisory+ division.

He has over 13 years’ experience in infrastructure policy planning, economic appraisals and business case development.

JLL has appointed Mike Pyke as JLL’s Co-Head of Equity Advisory in Australia and New Zealand.

Mike spent eleven years at MA Financial (formerly Moelis), with six of those years in the group’s investment banking business and the corporate executive group. During this time, he was responsible for leading the IPO of MA Financial, corporate strategy and IR.  More recently, Mike was the Head of Institutional Capital for MA Financial’s asset management business where he was responsible for raising institutional capital across the group’s real estate, credit and private equity strategies.

CBRE has appointed three agribusiness professionals, James Beer, Nick Connor and Thomas Quinn, to enhance the coverage of its national agribusiness capital markets offering.

Mr Beer has been appointed Senior Director after previously working at CBRE for five years in 2014 while Mr Connor and Mr Quinn have been appointed Senior Negotiators.

All three recruits, based in Sydney, have extensive experience in agricultural sales across all classes including livestock, cropping, dairy and horticulture.

In his new role, Mr Beer will focus on the eastern seaboard of Australia, across all agricultural properties.

Mr Connor’s new role will specialise in the New South Wales Agribusiness market, focusing on cropping, livestock, horticulture, viticulture and carbon throughout the state. 

Mr Quinn’s new role will also cover all agribusiness property types across the eastern seaboard, with a particular focus on the Central West region of New South Wales.

Knight Frank has bolstered its Capital Markets team in South Australia following three new appointments and one promotion.

Chet Al, Ryan Mills and Chris Clemente have joined Knight Frank in the following roles:

  • Chet Al – Partner, Head of Investment Sales, SA
  • Ryan Mills – Partner, SA Institutional Sales
  • Chris Clemente – Sales Executive, Investment Sales

Meanwhile Max Frohlich has been promoted to Partner, Head of Capital Markets, SA from his previous role as Head of Institutional Sales.

Mr Frohlich has been with Knight Frank for two years following a three-year hiatus from the company, after starting his property career with the global real estate agency as a Commercial Valuer.

Mr Al, Mr Mills and Mr Clemente have a strong reputation in Adelaide’s property industry as high performing agents and have moved to Knight Frank from Savills.

Gross Waddell ICR has appointed Stephanie Seymour as Head of Property Management.
