Vanessa is the Chief Retirement Villages Officer at the Office for Ageing Well within South Australia’s Department for Human Services, where she leads the regulatory oversight of retirement villages. Since joining the unit in 2008, she has championed an education-first approach to compliance, fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both operators and residents.
