Tamara has worked at Lendlease and now Keyton for the past 20 years. With over 25 years of experience in the property and retirement industry, her wealth of knowledge encompasses everything from community engagement and sales to operations and development management.  At Keyton, Tamara is responsible for the day to day operations of Keyton’s 76 retirement villages and resorts.  With over 17,000 residents and more than 600 staff, Tamara is passionate about creating a culture of kindness, respect and fun at Keyton.
