Option 1: North Tour

Bernborough Ascot by Keyton
Operator: Keyton

Bernborough Ascot, Australia’s first vertical retirement community built within a racecourse precinct, is a luxury community where life is more connected.

Located within Brisbane Racing Club’s $1.5 billion masterplan, Bernborough Ascot boasts spectacular trackside and Brisbane city views from its position alongside Doomben Racecourse.

Construction of the community’s second building, Poinciana House, is on track for completion in early 2025. Poinciana House, with 53 architecturally designed independent living apartments, adds to the completed and sold-out Fig Tree House, and will introduce a range of additional resort-style amenities to support Keyton’s resident centred approach to health and wellbeing.

These amenities include a private rooftop terrace, a restaurant, pool, fitness studio, consulting rooms with a variety of allied health services, which complement the existing facilities: a trackside master’s lounge, art studio, library, and private theatre.

Bernborough Ascot has also been hailed as one of the nation’s most sustainable retirement communities after securing one of the sector’s first 6 Star Green Star Communities rating from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).

Residents enjoy resort-style facilities and activities designed to cater to every interest, whether it’s savouring a meal at the on-site café, enjoying a movie in the cinema, a pamper session at the hair and beauty salon, a friendly game of billiards, socialising at happy hour, relaxing in the pool or working out in the gym – Parkside Carindale has it all.
