Simon has a long history of serving in senior leadership roles within the hospital and senior-living sectors. Having worked in the public and private hospital sector, both within Australia and abroad, Simon spent time working with Springfield Land Corporation to establish a range of healthcare services throughout the award winning City development.

Simon has extensive experience in the Retirement and Aged Care sectors, with roles on the Board of Bethany Christian Care, Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Aged Care, and now with RetireAustralia. He is a passionate advocate of the integrated care model for residents of Retirement Villages and believes the future direction of senior living is to empower elderly people to freely choose how and where they experience their final years of life.
