With over 25 years’ experience in real estate, including residential and commercial property development, Scott brings his knowledge of development, investment management and community creation to Arklife. His extensive background in residential development has seen him deliver over 4,000 apartments, as well as office and retail projects, totalling over $4.3 billion.

This comprehensive experience is complemented by early childhood exposure to the build-to-rent concept, though his family’s apartment block. This taught him the importance of community, service and the resident experience.
