Sarah is an experienced aged care and NFP executive, with a background in psychology and organisational development. She has led the expansion of home care in BaptistCare NSW and ACT since 2017, with WA added in 2023 and the recent merger with Baptcare and BaptistCare SA enhancing the portfolio. BaptistCare at home is now one of Australia’s largest home care providers, delivering comprehensive supports to over 15,000 older Australians each week.

With 32 Retirement Villages across the BaptistCare footprint, the development of well-integrated care services across these communities is a significant focus. As a mature home care provider, BaptistCare is leveraging its resources to provide tailored services to innovatively and effectively support ageing residents.

Sarah’s strengths lie in her practical and grounded approach to strategic planning, service development, business growth and leadership. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Masters in Applied Social Sciences and Management.
