Rosemary has over 32 years’ experience and is a Law Institute of Victoria accredited specialist in Property Law. She is also the deputy chair of the Property Council – Retirement Living Committee (Vic). Rosemary is focused on delivering quality advice to her clients, where she specialises in the areas of aged care and retirement living, and commercial property with a focus on leasing transactions. Rosemary advises corporate, private and not-for-profit operators on compliance with retirement living law, including engagement with State Government in relation to the current reforms. She advises aged care and senior living clients on all aspects of structuring their existing developments, including redevelopments, sales and purchases, and resident contract preparation.
Rosemary has been recognised by Best Lawyers for her expertise in Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law from 2012-2025 and in 2014, 2019 and 2026 was named the Melbourne Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law “Lawyer of the Year”.
