Roger has a distinguished career spanning various fields. He served as an Avionics Engineer in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) for 22 years. Following his military service, Roger transitioned into a role as a National HR Manager.

Roger spent 15 years as a consultant in the disability sector, providing valuable insights and support to enhance services and accessibility.

Eight years ago, Roger became a resident of a retirement village, where he quickly became an active community member.

Roger has served on the Resident Committee for four years, a board member of the Retirement Village Residents Association (RVRA) for four years, including two years as Secretary.
