Richard Fowler is Deputy Executive Director of the Property Council in South Australia.

Richard brings an understanding of politics, media and the policy creation process to members of the Property Council.

Leading the South Australian Division’s policy and media streams, he has worked closely with his retirement living committee and the RLC the reform of the Retirement Villages Act in South Australia.

Richard’s career has spanned both the private and public sectors. From 2017 he has held senior media and policy advisory positions across ministerial portfolios in both NSW and SA including Treasury, Transport and Infrastructure, as well Emergency Services and Corrections. Prior to his time in Government, he worked in a professional services company as a business development and change management professional.
