Richard is KordaMentha’s industry lead partner for healthcare. He brings 30 years’ experience in health and ageing that spans consulting, executive, management, board director and clinical roles. Richard’s breadth of experience across the industry gives him a unique perspective on the future of care in Retirement Living. At KordaMentha, Richard advises leading organisations, government and industry to successfully navigate the opportunities and challenges posed by our changing health and ageing system. Richard is committed to achieving new value for systems, organisastions and people.

Richard is a Board Director of the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal and a member of the Advisory Board for the UNSW Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR). He is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Healthcare Management and has a special interest in mentoring and developing emerging leaders. Richard has a previous clinical background as a physiotherapist.
