Paul Chang is an Associate Director at Marchese Partners | Life 3A, a leading global practice specialising in later living with a mission to improve the lives of ageing adults.

Since joining Marchese Partners | Life3A in early 2017, Paul has been honing his skills in both senior living and aged care projects. He has delivered the Galleon Gardens Memory Care Unit for Bolton Clarke which was published in the World Alzheimer’s Report 2020. He was also instrumental in the design and delivery of the recently completed “The Green Tarragindi” for RetireAustralia, as well as numerous development applications such as Fancutts, Arcadia and Verney Estate, all Seniors Living and Aged Care projects. All these projects implement RetireAustralia’s new care hub philosophy which Marchese Partners | Life3A assisted shaping by importing that philosophy from their Europe based projects.

Paul is currently working on the design of the McLeod’s Golf Course Retirement Village for Aura Holdings.

As part of the Leadership team at Marchese Partners | Life3A and with over 20 years of experience in architecture, he combines his passion for architecture with Marchese Partners | Life3A’s mission to create authentic and self-determining and fulfilling environments for an ageing population.

Paul is a current committee member for the Property Council of Australia’s – Retirement Living, Qld Chapter.
