Natasha Teychenne is a seasoned HR executive with deep expertise in organisational development, cultural transformation, leadership development, and change management. Known for her strategic insight and broad organisational perspective, Natasha brings together the key people strategies that align culture, talent, and capability with business performance.

With more than two decades of experience, Natasha has led People & Culture functions and shaped enterprise-wide people strategies that enable organisational growth and transformation across sectors including professional services, technology, and financial services. She is currently the Head of People & Culture at the Property Council of Australia, where she leads the organisation’s culture, engagement, and learning strategy. Her previous roles include Director level positions at PPB Advisory, Telstra, and CSC Australia.

Natasha began her career as an executive coach and organisational development consultant, advising ASX-listed companies and public sector organisations on strategic change, M&A integration, and organisational design.

She holds a Master of Psychology and is a registered Psychologist.
