Natalie Patterson was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Aveo in November 2020, bringing over 30 years of experience in the property sector. Her extensive career includes senior leadership roles such as Head of Village Management and Head of Development at Lendlease Retirement Living, as well as General Manager Sales and Marketing for Lendlease Communities. Natalie has also held business development and Project Director roles both in Australia and internationally, including Dubai.

Natalie is deeply passionate about the Living sector and the role it plays in creating vibrant, supportive communities that empower residents to live their best life. At Aveo, she has driven a strong focus on resident satisfaction by fostering a customer-centric culture, backed by a best-in-class team and service offering. Her leadership has guided significant investments across Aveo’s portfolio and operational platforms to elevate the resident experience and deliver value for all stakeholders.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Natalie leads Aveo’s sustainability program and chairs the company’s Reconciliation Action Plan committee, reflecting her commitment to long-term positive impact and social responsibility.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) from Queensland University of Technology.
