Natalie Kwok is the Chief Investment Officer and General Counsel at Ingenia Communities Group, a leading owner, operator and developer of a diversified residential and holidays portfolio.  Ingenia is listed on the ASX and has a market capitalisation of over $2.0b.

Natalie is responsible for the Group’s investments and corporate legal functions, and instrumental in building the Group’s portfolio of residential communities including land lease, senior and all-age rental, as well as holiday parks and a growing development pipeline.  She has first hand experience In her 10+ years with the industry with changes in retirement living including regulatory reforms and the emergence of land lease communities as alternate asset class.

Natalie is the Group’s representative on various industry associations, including Retirement Living Council, the Caravan & Camping national and state bodies and is the chair of Residential Land Lease Alliance.
