Michael is a senior property executive with more than 20 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. For more than a decade Michael led market leading teams in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation sector and contributed to the sector transforming from a largely unknown alternate real estate asset class to its own institutional grade asset class.

Michael spent nine years as the Chief Executive Officer of Campus Living Villages across Australia and New Zealand, before joining Atira Student Living as Chief Executive Officer in 2018. Following the sale of Atira Student Living Michael moved into the emerging Built to Rent sector before joining Eureka Group Holdings Limited in 2022. At Eureka, Michael leads the capital transactions team focussing on acquisitions, divestments, and development.
