Kylie has more than 20 years research experience working across multiple property sectors including Retirement Living, Student Accommodation, Greenfield and Mixed-Use.

She works with private sector owners and developers, industry groups and Government on policy reforms.

Planning advocacy highlights include Planning to Prosper for the Property Council of Australia and the 2017 Retirement Living Council Planning Report Card.

Kylie is a committee member of the Property Council of Australia’s NSW Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the RLC Advocacy and Research Sub-Committee.
