Jane has worked in the Retirement Living Sector for over 16 years and is CEO of Gannon Lifestyle Communities. Jane is passionate about leading a values-based team that puts the resident experience at its centre.

Jane is a member of the Retirement Living Council Board of Management and is a Director of the Code of the Code of Conduct Administration. She is a Director of Disability Living Inc and Chairs their Finance and Risk Committee. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA. She is a member of the AICD and CPA.
