Glen has 35 years’ corporate experience as a senior executive in the retirement village, property and financial services industries, with the past 25 years spent in senior executive roles in the retirement village industry at FKP Property Group (Now Aveo) and Retire Australia.

Glen co-founded Reside Communities in 2017 with a strategic focus on creating market leading retirement villages which are Resident centric and inclusive with their local communities. Since 2017, Reside Communities, has developed five Retirement Communities in Southeast Queensland producing 570 villas and apartments, with a development pipeline of approximately 400 additional villas and apartments.

Glen is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Fellow of both the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and Chartered Governance Institute (FCG).
