Audio-visual requirements 

Power to space

Access to power is included in your space. You will need to supply your own extension cord if required.

Internet access

Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event. This Wi-Fi service is recommended for general web browsing and emails only.

If you require a faster and more secure connection, this is available at an additional cost.

Please let the organisers know if you require this.

Additional AV requirements

Con-sol have been the Property Council of Australia National Events Audio-visual supplier for over 20 years and are experts in their field. If you need to add audio visual elements to your space, please contact them directly to discuss your requirements. Be sure to mention that you are an Exhibitor at the National Retirement Living Summit.

Furniture requirements

Tables

One (1) clothed table and two (2) chairs are included with your space.

If you wish to order additional furniture, we do not have a preferred furniture or exhibition supplier. Please feel free to engage your own supplier and confirm your order and supplier details to the event organisers.

Exhibitor lucky door prize

All exhibitors may conduct lucky door (business card drop) competitions as part of your activation.

We have partnered with Lucky Door to provide complimentary access of this lead generation software to all exhibitors. When you complete the form below, please confirm if you would like to access this product. Our team will forward your contact details to Lucky Door who will reach out to you directly to finalise your participation. Exhibitors are welcome to conduct their own lucky door prize, if preferred.

Confirm if you will conduct a delegate prize draw from your exhibition, along with details of your prize, by 16 May 2025.

Venue deliveries

Pre-event

Deliveries to the venue must be made on Monday 16 June (loading dock is open 6:30am-4:00pm).

You need to advise your courier company that they cannot be delivered outside of this timeframe. The venue will not accept deliveries prior to this date.

All deliveries will need to have The Star’s ‘Event Delivery Label’ attached to each item or they will not be accepted by the venue.

A MobileDock booking is required for every vehicle and every visit onto The Star’s Driveway to manage safety and flow of vehicles. Please click here for instructions to book your delivery spot.

Post-event courier pick-up

If you are supplying gifts for the delegate bags, we are happy to pack any leftover product for you. You will need to arrange a collection of these items from the venue. If you need to return your exhibition items to your office, you will also need to arrange for these to be collected.

All items must be collected within two (2) business days of the event’s conclusion (Tuesday 24 June). Please ensure all items are sealed and clearly labelled with a return address. A consignment note for the relevant courier company will need to be completed and attached to all goods.

Your allocated space is yours to activate how you wish. We encourage you to focus more on information sharing rather than the ‘hard sell’ often experienced at trade expos as this will create a better experience for all.

Space sizes

3m wide x 2m deep x 2.5m high (inc. trestle table)

We are expecting 600 delegates at this year’s Summit. We ask that you keep their safety (and yours) in mind when setting up your space. Please do not encroach on the thoroughfare.

You may bring your own branded signage, pull up banners etc. for your space, ensuring they meet your space dimensions.
