Craig brings over 25 years of 5-star hotel and resort management to his role as Reside’s Chief Operating Officer, leading our village teams in delivery of high quality retirement living experiences.

For the past 15 years, Craig has held General Management roles with leading hotels in Sydney, Cairns, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore and Brisbane, including multi-site management. He was responsible for refurbishing two of the hotels he led whilst they traded successfully, and for leading a team designing a brand new 5 star hotel in Singapore from the ground up.

Having trained initially as an apprentice chef, before moving into food and beverage and accommodation management, Craig strives for the finest hospitality, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. He prides himself on establishing lasting relationships and enjoys being a part of the ongoing growth of Reside Communities.
