Over her career, Claire has focused on improving customer engagement, experience and outcomes across a board range of industries including retail, consumer goods, residential, commercial and aged care accommodation. She was recently appointed as Deputy Chair of the PCA Retirement Living Committee and Divisional Council in South Australia.   

ECH’s portfolio consists of 109 Retirement Villages across South Australia, supporting more than 15,000 customers across the retirement living and aging care services providing a diverse range of options. ECH has been an innovator and leader in the areas of diversity, technology and new care models that enable people to live confidently in their homes or ours for longer.

Before to commencing with ECH Inc., Claire held the role of Chief Digital Officer at RSL Life Care NSW, Head of Brand and Customer at TOGA and National Brand, Customer and Marketing Manager at GPT Group. Throughout her 20 year career Claire has worked across the marketing, operations, digital transformation, sales and customer strategy. Claire is passionate about placing customers at the heart of decision-making and is committed to supporting and improving the well-being and lives of all within the ECH and Seniors community.
