Christine has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry and as founder/mentor of growth stage businesses. Christine worked for Mirvac for 17 years across diverse areas including operations, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, funds management and innovation and spanning sectors including land lease, residential, co-living, office and retail.

In 2019 Christine co-founded Picket & Co, a Mirvac-backed start-up with a mission to solve housing affordability for young Australians, and in 2023 she played an instrumental role in driving Mirvac’s expansion into land lease communities.

Christine commenced as CEO at Oak Tree Group in Feb 2024. Backed by Aware Super, Oak Tree is a pure play ILU retirement village developer and operator with villages located across the east coast of Australia.

Christine is a Chartered Accountant, a graduate from the AICD, holds a Diploma of Applied Finance from FINSIA and a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW.
