Cameron joined the NZ listed retirement village and aged care operator Ryman Healthcare in April 2021. Ryman has 41 integrated villages across both countries with 12 in development and more planned.

Cameron previously held senior roles across the Aged Care, Retirement Living and Home Care businesses at Australian Unity.

Cameron has also held senior positions at Jetstar Airways and Lonely Planet Publications, and most recently was the CEO and Director of Luxury Escapes.

Cameron is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Arts.
