Beverly Smith is the Chief Commercial Officer of Amplar Health, part of the Medibank group, which partners with government and organisations to design and deliver integrated health care services in outside-hospital settings.

Beverly has over a decade of senior executive leadership in retirement living, home care and residential care at Bolton Clarke, Australian Unity and myHomecare Group.  With clear strategic and operations focus, her core skill is activating leadership teams to optimise the commercial performance of existing operations and assets, while strategically transforming the business model to take advantage of rapidly evolving customer trends through M&A and new capabilities, products and services.

Beverly’s advocacy has established her as a leading innovator for how Australians can be enabled to age well. At Bolton Clarke she was awarded an Australian Good Design Award for Business Model Innovation for Seniors’ Wellbeing and was a Finalist in the national Executive of the Year – Innovation & Design category by The CEO Magazine.  As a member of the Retirement Living Council Management Committee, she chaired the Working Group to produce ‘Retirement Living – A Solution for Older Women at Risk of Homelessness’ and is a Non-Executive Director for the Maggie Beer Foundation whose purpose is to improve the joy and connection of good food and dining for older Australians living in aged care.
