Western Australian Air Force Association, trading under the name of RAAFA

RAAFA has demonstrated its commitment to sustainable retirement living by installing over 56 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across its Western Australian communities. By effectively utilising solar power and smart energy management, RAAFA provides residents, staff, and visitors with convenient and environmentally friendly charging options. This initiative demonstrates RAAFA's commitment to reducing carbon emissions and creating a more sustainable future.

The Green Tarragindi

The Green is an innovative, sustainable development featuring 92 independent living apartments that meet the Australian Liveable Housing Gold Standard. With a 4-Star Green Star accreditation, the project prioritises energy efficiency, eco-friendly
materials, and thoughtful design. The Green transformed a contaminated site into a thriving community, incorporating
privately owned, public spaces like the Tarragindi Bowls Club, community garden, playground, and café. It delivers lasting
environmental, economic, and social benefits, positioning it as a model for sustainable living and intergenerational
connection.
