Originating from London, Aidan has been in the aged care and retirement industry for the last 8 years and brings a passionate and innovative approach to his daily working life. As the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Tulich, Aidan strives to improve the lives of his residents through a Continuous Improvement approach and empowers his staff to join the journey.

Originally an accountant and auditor, Aidan soon found his passion making a difference in aged care and retirement. He recently won ‘Aged Services Innovator of the Year’ for the creation of Asset Journey, an asset management software created by operators, for operators. The platform has been very successful and is now in 50 villages in Australia.
