Tim has 20 years’ experience in investment management, finance and law and leads ASA Real Estate Partners, a specialist Australian real estate investment manager.

Previously Tim was CEO of ASX listed APN Property Group (ASX:APD) which was grown to $3.8 billion from 2013 to its agreed sale in 2021.

Tim is the Victorian Chair and a voluntary Member of the National Board of the Property Industry Foundation. Powered by the property and construction industry, the Foundation builds homes for homeless youth and provides ongoing support for homes where young people can rebuild their lives.
