This session will take us through the demographic data shaping the future of our cities, communities and homes, before we hear how changing consumer preferences are impacting the design and delivery of housing.

Housing – A National Priority: The Hon Clare O’Neil, Minister for Housing and The Hon Michael Sukkar MP, Shadow Minister for Housing

Global economic and political uncertainty, cost of living pressures, the decarbonisation of our economy, and, most evident of all, a national housing crisis, mean that the next government must work constructively with the private sector to drive our nation forward and deliver the homes that Australia desperately needs.
