Rino Grollo’s leadership and personal relationship with company employees and clients enabled the company to build a reputation of trust and friendship.
Together with Bruno they were a truly great combination with very differing skills. While Bruno was the dreamer and the one with the grand ideas, Rino was the quiet one behind the scene keeping his eye on operations and finances.
Rino has a great ability to converse with people with sincerity and warmth whilst also maintaining good business relations with everyone he deals with. In such a large organisation, his ability to remember the names of all he dealt with always amazed me. The company thrived because of this personal relationship and a ‘family’ culture which was inherent in their business and encouraged and practiced within their workforce.
