Property Council Victorian Executive Director to DepartThe Property Council this week announced the resignation of Victorian Executive Director, Jennifer Cunich.Ms Cunich has made a 20 year contribution to the property industry, having been an effective industry advocate in both Victoria and the ACT. Among her many legacies include reform to Victoria’s land tax regime, encouraging the Port of Melbourne lease and promoting the creation of the MPA and Infrastructure Victoria. Ms Cunich will be taking up the role of CEO with the Australian Institute of Architects. Ms Cunich’s last day will be 12 May. Asher Judah, the Divison’s Deputy Executive Director will be Acting Executive Director from 13 May until her replacement commences. Recruitment for her replacement is underway.
